There are two nearly identical versions of the entry form:
- the print it out and write on it by hand version
- the use your computer instead of a pencil version (the form version) is not ready yet
If you have an advanced version of the Adobe PDF viewer, you can enter all the data on the form version, save that as a file, and then email it. Even if you don't have the advanced PDF viewer, you can still type in all your entry info, print out a much more readable entry form, and mail that to us!

Pay by Credit Card
Instant credit card payment is possible by using the PayPal button below. The cost for this is 3% over regular costs, to cover the credit card processing fee that PayPal charges the receiver. The credit card processing place takes the 3% before it even gets to us, so what the rally receives is the normal entry amount. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. While we realize that no fee would be preferable, we are providing you with this option to paying by check.

To make registration more orderly and to encourage completion of entry forms, any team without complete paperwork seven days prior to the rally start will be assessed a $20 Late Paperwork Fee.
For an entry to be considered complete, the following must be submitted:
- The entire entry fee
- On the entry form, complete driver information
- On the entry form, complete co-driver information
- On the entry form, complete vehicle information
- Complete service vehicle information form
- Copy of rally car insurance card showing that the policy is currently valid
- Copy of rally car insurance declaration page showing expiration date and coverage limits
- Copy of service vehicle insurance card showing that the policy is currently valid
- Copy of service vehicle insurance declaration page showing expiration date and coverage limits
Please note that that for the entry form to be complete, you must have your NASA membership and NASA RallySport license numbers. The membership and license will be available for purchase at the event, however, applying for them at the event will still result in a Late Paperwork Fee as your paperwork was not completed by the deadline. Please help our registration go smoothly and take care of your paperwork before you arrive. Our preference would be to have all the paperwork done a week before the rally and charge no one the Late Paperwork Fee.
The organizers continue to strive toward making this event fun, simple, and affordable. Please help reduce the workload on the volunteers by getting all your paperwork in on time. You have one entry form to work on, we have fifty!
