Novice Competitor Orientation

This year the NCO will be held at 10 AM on Friday, before the start of registration and all other rally activities. While we realize that this may be an inconvenience for new competitors, in that they will have to arrive at the rally early, the organizing committee feels that it is a safety issue. New competitors will need time after the school to prepare their stage notes and route books, and that time will not be available if the class finishes late at night. The organizing committee wants to make this rally very good for new rallyists and feels that in order to do so more than the required minimum of school time is needed.

Having the rally school before the event allows new teams to participate in the shakedown stage.

Competitors who plan on purchasing a new rally license at the event must attend the licensing school.
